Research use only

Every product sold by Haus of Peps is supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older (21 or older where required) and that products will be used solely for lawful research purposes. Checkout asks you to confirm research use on every order.

Ordering & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where we believe intended use falls outside these terms — with a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping

We ship within the US only. Orders ship once payment clears, in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Shipping is a flat $18 and free on orders of $200 or more. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide; please make sure it’s correct at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, photograph the item and packaging and contact support within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice. Intact vials cannot be returned once shipped. That’s for safety: once a vial leaves us, we can’t verify how it was stored or handled, so returned product is never resold.

Product information

Purity data reflect third-party testing of the specific batch, commissioned by our supplier and documented in a certificate of analysis available on request with your order number. Links to outside resources are provided for general reference only; we aren’t affiliated with those sources, don’t control what they publish, and nothing there is advice of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haus of Peps’ total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Products are supplied for research use; you are responsible for handling, storage, and use in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate laboratory practice.

Changes to these terms
